Robert Cross is from Hollywood, CA and holds an MFA in Fiction from San Diego State University. He worked as a Teaching Associate at San Diego State University where he taught incoming freshmen and sophomores Rhetoric & Writing Studies, Literature, and Creative Writing. He then worked for two years at San Diego Unified School District as a Resident Substitute for pre-K through 12th grade schools. He did his student teaching in an 11th-grade Humanities class at High Tech High Mesa. He is a published author, photographer, and visual artist. His first book, Shards, is available HERE.
